Apart from answering the security questions, the JiJi Self Service Password Reset administrator can enable two-authentication of entering the Mobile Code Verification also.

The below steps explains the two-way authentication of password reset by answering the security questions and entering the mobile code verification.

After the security questions are answered correctly, enter the secret code received through the mobile.

Select the new password and reset the password.
