Help Desk Unlock User Account

Using the help desk end user interface, the permitted users(Help Desk Admin) can securely unlock account for the managed users.

The end user interface is shown below.



First the Helpdesk admin needs to login to the reset page



Then, enter the user name of the managed user and press Unlock.
