Steps to cleanup disabled or unused or inactive user accounts:

 

1. Launch

Launch JiJi Active Directory Cleaner from Start menu.

2. Select Scope

Select the scope for which you want to perform cleanup. By default, the scope is your current domain.

3. Scan Users

Scan the users by clicking "Scan All Users". All users information for the selected scope will be listed.

4. Users Filter

Now from the reports page you can filter the users, who are either disabled or inactive.

5. Inactive Users Filter

If you would have chosen the inactive users filter, then you have to specify the days for which the users are inactive.

6. Cleanup Actions

From the filtered report, you can perform bulk cleanup actions. You can select all the users or the desired users and perform an action "disable" or "delete"

Note: Its recommended to set delete options to clear the users profile folders along with AD deletion.
